Już 6 grudnia 2025 w EHI GYM Oleśnica zapraszamy na seminarium z Kjell Egil Bakkelund – sześciokrotnym mistrzem świata IPF, siedmiokrotnym mistrzem Europy oraz złotym medalistą World Games 2022 i SBD Sheffield 2025.
Podczas intensywnego, kilkugodzinnego seminarium i warsztatu praktycznego, Kjell podzieli się swoim doświadczeniem w zakresie:
- planowania i adaptacji treningu,
- budowania siły w trójboju,
- różnic w przygotowaniu zawodników equipped i raw.
Seminarium odbędą się w języku angielskim z tłumaczeniem na polski.

On December 6th, 2025, join us at EHI GYM Oleśnica for an exclusive seminar with Kjell Egil Bakkelund – six-time IPF World Champion, seven-time European Champion, and gold medalist at the 2022 World Games and SBD Sheffield 2025.
During this intensive, hands-on seminar and workshop, Kjell will share his knowledge and experience on:
- how to plan and adapt your training,
- how to build strength in all three lifts,
- key differences in training equipped vs. raw lifters.
The seminar will be held in English with Polish translation available.
